Jack Diamond made his full Sunderland league debut on Saturday 12th December 2020 in the 4-0 away win at Lincoln City playing on the right wing in a 4-3-3 formation. Jack assisted Sunderlands 1st goal in winning a penalty after a great penetrating dribble beating his man and being brought down in the box. He was also involved in the 2nd goal and scored the 3rd with a great finish with his weaker left foot. Jack was brought off at half time as a precaution after being booked and also being spoken to by the referee, an action packed 45 minutes he will surely never forget.
